Ziobaffa Rosso Toscana 2012

In collaboration with the Castellani Family, surfer-artist-environmentalist Chris Del Moro and Filmmaker Jason Baffa introduce Estate Harvested, organically grown wines from Italy under the label, ZIOBAFFA.  These wines are made with Tuscan expertise in concert with a modern eco-friendly ethos.

The ZIOBAFFA wines are crafted with a bio-dynamic and sustainable focus through the masterful hands of Piergiorgio Castellani.  The grapes are organically produced, which they think makes the wine better for the environment and easier on your system.

This wine sees no oak attributing to its crisp freshness and beauty. ZIOBAFFA organic Toscana Rosso  is a great BBQ red wine. A blend of Sangiovese and 10% Syrah. It  has a deep garnet color and has an intense bouquet, elegant and fruity, with lovely aromas of violets. On the palate is full, warm with perfectly balanced tannins with hints of licorice, spice and red fruits.

The wine is totally organic and has about half the allowed sulfates per bottle that is allowed  under Italy's Department of Agriculture regulations for organic wine making.

Normally $16.99 a bottle, today I present the Ziobaffa Rosso Toscana 2012 at a very special price of $12.99 per bottle or $149.99 per 12 pack case. This is a great everyday red which will pair beautifully to your dinners made on the grill this summer.
